Visit your doctor: Tash, It sounds like these could be abscesses. If so, they may need to be drained. See your doctor, who can take a full history and examine you. Hope this helps!

Lump in leg: Tash. The differential diagnosis of these 2 lumps appearing is quite large. If they appeared spontaneously and show no signs of acute inflammation, they could be benign lipomas depending on their position or something more serious depending on appearance. This is something I would bring to your doctor to see and evaluate.thanks
