Stop using it: If you use the cream, stop using the cream as well and wash the area off with soap and water, as you may have some sensitivity to something in the formulation of the Monistat. If it persists, see your PCP or Opie/GYN to see if you're experiencing contact dermatitis to this.

Stop using it: You may be having a reaction to the monistat. wash off the outside with water and can use a plain water to douche to rinse the Monistat out of the vagina and see your doctor.
