Bones can get weaker: If you don't take adequate vitamin D3, vitamin K2,5,7 complex, calcium and boron in the right amounts. At your age, this is the best time to not lose weight, and build strong bones. This can be done through exercise and dietary factors. 90% of all bone made occurs during the teen years. If insufficient phone is created, it can get weaker and does cause osteopenia and later osteoporosis when the bones appear to be shrinking.
