Check HCG Titers: The next step is to check HcG levels 2 days apart & see what's going on. A normal pregnancy should roughly double HcG levels in 48 hours. HcG level > 1200 should reveal a gestational sac on ultrasound. > 10,000 should reveal an embryo if all is normal. Remember these numbers are guidelines & diff labs have different thresholds. A good sonographer is also needed. Good luck, you might still be nl.
