Get 8 hours of: sleep. Try to exercise 20 minutes a day to relieve stress and stimulate natural endorphins which help with anxiety. Take time fr self to do something you enjoy doing. If not better see your doctor.

Turn Off Your Phone: While there may be no "best" way for all people, many people feel increasingly overwhelmed by the constant influx of information they receive through their phones and other devices. Taking some quiet time away from them may help. Take a short walk without your phone or try simply sitting for ten minutes without distraction. A yoga or mindfulness-based stress reduction class may be of interest too.
