I have a vibrating feeling in the middle of my chest. could it be related to my silent acid reflux or my mitral valve prolapse?

Muscle spasm..: This is very unusual!!! Unlikely to be acid reflux... You would expect burning pain. If you do truly have mitral valve prolapse then you are at a risk of developing supraventricular tachycardia. This could explain your sense of vibrating feeling which could be palpitation. Check with your doctor... Best wishes
