Need evaluation: The first thing that needs to be done is to rule out infection and to make sure you're not pregnant! I'd see a health care provider.

Go get tested: You really need to go see your doctor and have the discharge sampled and sent for testing to rule out various infections and so that treatment can be directed specifically toward the cause. Foul smelling discharge is never considered 'normal.'
