Amenorrhea: Norethisterone can after taking it for five days, cause withdrawal bleeding after four to five days. This bleeding is not a "true period" (not as a result of ovulation), so if you are again "late" by 10 days, it is usually because you are not ovulating. There are many possible causes, so consult your healthcare professional for testing.
