See derm: It still sounds fungal in nature, so be sure it is not plain hydrocortisone cream as that is only a steroid cream (not an anti-fungal) and may cause burning. If you are indeed taking an anti-fungal cream, then it is time to see dermatology for an official evaluation and diagnosis, for the best treatment. Good luck.
