If it works,: Your dosage is too low at this point, but if you can stand the adverse effects, and they will appear, a dose of 150 mg or higher might work within 2-3 weeks at earliest. However, Lyrica (pregabalin) works far better and may be tolerated far better also, if you can get that dose up to high ranges. But what is the cause? Better if you approach therapy and treat underlying disorder.
