Hemorrhoids?: Hemorrhoids do cause some leakage at times as they provide a tract that sometimes compromises anal closure. Treat the Hemorrhoids and use a pad, and use Tucks (witch hazel) or other cleansing pads regularly after wiping, or lotion on toilet paper to help decrease irritation from soiling and see your physician if things do not improve.
