Too early: If you miss a period do a pregnancy test. But see your doctor as your symptoms are more consistent with an infection.

Pregnancy: There is always a chance of pregnancy with unprotected sex. Your symptoms may more likely be premenstrual, so your period may come in the next 2-5 days. I still recommend that you take a pregnancy test. In the future, always use birth control if you want to avoid pregnancy.
