Masturbation: Not in general. Peyronies' disease is caused by obstruction of the vessels which cause erection, and this is related to diseases which cause compromise of these vessels, like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes, much later in life in most cases. Masturbation is not known to cause this, regardless of the frequency.
