Most likely not: Mildred, The body is quite good at healing such injuries. Mucous membranes in particular (the skin that covers parts such as the lips and the vagina) heals very quickly, usually within 24-48 hours. That being said, if you develop severe pain, unusual discharge, or fever, please go see your doctor. Hope this helps!

Scratch: probably no chance of infection, but you could let it rest for a day or two
