Whats nasal lavage?

Nasal Rinse: Nasal lavage - is any saline based solution that you use to lavage (rinse) your nasal passage. These can be quite effective. But you should only use distilled water or cooled down boiled water to make the rinse. I recommend to all of my sinus patients. My patients like the neilmed sinus rinse but you can use any of the ones out there.
