Unlikely to help: Even young fertile women can have periods with no ovulation. So the best way to determine if you might be menopausal is. #1 the clinical definition which is no menstrual bleed for a year or more in an age appropriate female. #2 having your hormone levels, pituitary and ovarian checked. See your primary doctor or gyn to discuss this. Until you know, use contraception unless you desire pregnancy.
