Maybe: Sometimes women seemingly go into menopause, stop having periods and have an elevated fsh (a hormone that goes up after menopause) and then unexpectedly have a few more periods again. Conceivably, they have ovulated again.

No: Never. By definition menopause means "after your last period ever." you do not ovulate after that.
