May be: You could ovulate twice in a month. however, it is more likely that the tests are less than accurate. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Unlikely.: Ovulation predictors usually test for an elevation in leutenizing hormone (LH). The cycle changes that cause the LH surge typically only happen once per month. Either your LH remained high the entire week (unlikely but not impossible), or one (or both!) of your tests was a false positive. If you are concerned about pregnancy, do a home pregnancy test on the day you would have expected your period.
