Can hemorrhoids be an early preg symptom? i have mirena (levonorgestrel) and had sex right at ovulation 7 days ago.

No: Hemorrhoids occur in pregnancy due to the increased weight of the gravid uterus on the blood vessels that drain the pelvis, which can lead to congestion of the veins that are responsible for hemorrhoids. Also constipation is common in pregnancy, which increases the risk of hemorrhoids. But this is not a manifestation of early pregnancy.

No: This is not a symptom or sign of early pregnancy; suggest you do a pregnancy test around the time of a missed period.

No. : Hemorrhoids are a sign of constipation and inadequate fiber and hydration not pregnancy. The only relevant early sign of pregnancy is missed period. That's it.
