Easiest answer: Use a grey covering hair color designed for men (or women if you prefer). Or if you come from a family where most develop white/gray hair at an early age, consider that it might look very attractive on you. If you are otherwise well, it is unlikely that the change in hair color is medically significant. If there are only a few gray hairs, you can pluck them out.
