That depends: Even though the pill is highly effective, it does occasionally fail. If you don't have a menstrual bleed at all, it would be wise to check for pregnancy. If negative resume your pills as you would normally. If the test is positive, call your doctor to make an appointment to confirm and ask about whether or not you should continue the pill.
