Puzzling: Not sure how you determine that ejaculation is delayed a second? Can't relate orgasm to head pain. Choking, shaky, and fast heart rate could be connected - you may have an arrhythmia. Don't know what "ECG F9" means? I recommend: a 24 hour holter and see if you can correlate these symptoms with your heart rhythm.
