No: I would not worry about bits of glass traveling in your blood. You might have some in the soft tissue where the injury was, but that is all I would consider.

No but risk of infec: I doubt it gets I'm the blood stream but it could cause a local infection around the elbow or the elbow bursa. Meet the area clean and see your physician

Bruise or cut? : First, did you get a cut/laceration on your elbow? If the skin is intact aside from the bruise or slight swelling it is highly unlikle that you have glass anywhere inside your body .
