First guess: My first guess is tennis elbow (aka lateral epicondylitis), which is repeated intermittent pain on the outside of the elbow, particularly with movement, repetitive movements, or lifting heavier things. It can become tender. Pain may also occur when you grap or twist things.Use ice packs for 10-15 minutes when you feel the pain several times a day, try a forearm brace for the elbow, and Tylenol (acetaminophen).
