I have chest pain for the last 3 days and today my right arm is numb chest xray and ekg are normal but im still having pain?

Chest pain: Is your pain worse with activity, like walking? does your pain go anywhere else? is it constant or comes and goes? ECG and CXR alone cannot rule out heart disease, if your pain is worse with activity then I suggest seeking care asap.

CT scan or MRI: Might help locate the cause of chest pain like embolus,etc. GOOD LUCK !
