Which is the order of mixing of oil, acacia, and water in making an emulsion?

Order not important: The process of emulsification is generally not order dependent. The acacia is the emulsifier which will bind the oil and water phases. You must add enough acacia in order for this to occur. Also the ration between oil and water should be about 1:3.
