Tension headaches: If your headache only occurs when you are stressed then it is likely a tension headache. Seeing a highly recommended chiropractor, or osteopath, will help align your spine and relieve some of that tension. If an epidural was administered during delivery then that may be an issue as well, however I would start with the structural work first.
