i've started bleeding a week early and had sex in my fertile period. how can you tell if it's pregnancy spotting? i'm very scared.

No worries: It is not pregnancy spotting. It most likely is a result of fluctuating hormone levels which is normal. If the bleeding occurs frequently then an evaluation for a mass may be necessary.

Not Likely Pregnant: No. Bleeding is a sign of not being pregnant or having a pregnancy that is not viable. Viable pregnancy stops vaginal bleeding.
