Tubal ligation: very very unlikely, although ectopic pregnancy is possible. I suggest you see a doctor to discuss your symptoms and get a physical exam.

Preg after tubal: Yes it can happen. I have done many tubals. I ALWAYS tell patients if they feel pregnant, do a pregnancy test. So please,check a pregnancy test. If pregnant, see your OB/GYN right away as risk for tubal pregnancy very high. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
