Stem cell research---i have ckd stage4. could i benefit by treatment?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer : The research on using stem cells to help patients with CKD has intensified in recent years. Organizations such as The Harvard Stem Cell Institute are in the process of developing new therapies to repair kidney damage, reducing the need for dialysis and transplantation. However, the ultimate goal of regenerating functional kidneys from stem cells to treat CKD is probably still many years away.
