Unrelated: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, low vitamin D and low white cell count are likely unrelated. Vitamin D deficiency is common and you can address that by taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. For the low WBC count you need to consult your doctor.
