What do you suggest if my friend had cancer and just found out she is pregnant.?

Allow term delivery: Depending on whether your friend has active disease and is on chemo, one can judge how to handle the problem especially if the pregnancy is in the first or last triamester. In last trimester pregnancy probably wouldn't occur if chemo being used. If disease is under control and pregnancy in last trimester, delivery should be strongly considered.
