Maybe: While it is not given in high doses as in chemotherapy, methotrexate can be used to treat coup en sabre, a linear form of scleroderma which resembles a "cut of the sword." It may work in some cases but risk versus benefit needs to be carefully analyzed.

Hello I was recently diagnosed with Morphea scleroderma via biopsy. I have a few lesions in my back and neck. I have negative ANA should I be concerned this could be systemic sclerosis? I do not have hand symptoms or any other symptoms as of now?
