what do you suggest if my elbow hurts when i bend it?

Dr. Thomas Horn

Don't bend it!: If it hurts, don't do it! Pain in the elbow with movement can have lots of causes including problems in the joint or tendinitis. If you have no history of joint problems, it may be tennis elbow. See an orthopedic surgeon if rest and ice and anti-inflammatories over-the-counter do not help. Avoid anything that aggravates the pain.
