Vegetarian Diet: I understand your discomfort. Cauliflower, Broccoli and Beans — are can produce gas and bloating. For those who are sensitive but not totally intolerant to lactose, increasing dairy product consumption for the protein might also lead to discomfort

Raw: Leafy greens are best because cooking denatures the enzymes in the plants to some degree. It is more difficult to digest them however, because cooking helps with that. You might consider a raw salad and par-boil for other meals. Peace and good health.
