What do you suggest if my test results and chart are missing, now the lab which would've done my testing has no record of me at all!?

Ordering provider: You need to call the provider that ordered the tests. They should be able to give you your results. Perhaps your tests were sent to a different laboratory. Also, remember that labs will not provide results over the phone since they have no way of checking to ensure that the person calling was the person tested. It is done to protect patient confidentiality.
