Blocked frontals: Hello. My recommendations are to use a saline wash to remove thickened mucus from your nose. Then use Afrin nasal spray. After spraying, tilt your head back and hang off the edge of your bed. You will feel the medication move towards the frontal sinus opening. Remain in this position for a few minutes. Do this twice daily but no longer than 5 days. This usually does the trick.
