Trichiasis: There are multiple options for this that an ophthalmologist can offer. Temporizing method is to remove them manually but they grow back in weeks. Radiofrequency ablation and cryotherapy works well. If it is because the eyelid itself is turning in, then an oculoplastic surgeon can repair this. In the meantime ointments or a bandage clear contact lens help protect your cornea from lashes. Good luck.
