Pay Attention: There is sometimes a correlation to certain foods you are eating, but sometimes not. I would pay attention to what you are eating (possibly even keeping a journal) and see if your baby's eczema gets particularly worse after eating certain foods. You can then try to eliminate that food (individually) from your diet and see if it makes any difference.
