Yes: If you mean congenital adrenal hyperplasia by cah then yes a child can have it. If this is a concern see your physician and if you need a referral to an endocrinologist, your doctor can help with that.

Hepatitis?: Is that chronic active hepatitis you are referring to? If it is, no, that is an adult disease. However your child can have some form of hepatitis, of which there are quite a few types. As usual, this is a question for your pediatrician, and parents history is very important with relation to a child's health, too.
