What do you suggest if my port a cath is clotted inside what can be done?

See your care team: The team that cares for you may have a protocol for putting a thrombolytic (clot dissolver) in the Port. If they do not or it doesn't work then the Interventional Radiology team may be able to get it working. As a last resort the port may need to be replaced
