Lets review your que: Sometimes it takes time for your body to start ovulating again. BCP prevent ovulation all together. If you are concerned I would follow up with your gynecologist and maybe a infertility specialist. We are born with all the eggs we will every have, there are no new ones formed throughout our lifetime. At 43, there is also a possibility of a low egg count.
