Hand therapy: You may have a contracture in your little finger due to spasticity or immobility. Go to your doctor to have an exam and see if you can get a referral for some hand therapy to work it out. If necessary, your doctor can also refer you to a hand surgeon who in difficult cases can do a release or z plasty, sometimes injections, to help you get your pinky working normally again. Good luck.
