What do you suggest if my eyes were perfect,but i get this weird sensation and it feels like its way down deep into my brainif that makes sense?

Not really sure: This is an unusual symptom and probably needs more clarification. For example, what are you doing that causes the sensation? Is it related to eye movement? Does it affect one or both eyes and how often? Is it pain or more of a pulling sensation? It could be eye muscle related which could be related to eye fatigue or eye strain. Some people also get neuralgia around the eyes for no known cause.
