Sac: Patient at 5weeks gestation with cramping whose ultrasound shoed a sac which is normal at this stage. Ensure you take adequate oral fluid intake. For reassurance, you can get quantitative hcg every two days for normal rise and repeat transavinal ultrasound at 6weeks gestation and should expect to see fetal pole with heartbeat. Good luck.
