Not a problem: Baby orajel shouldn't contain fluoride so there shouldn't be a problem with toxicity. What you need to worry about in the future is to be sure he doesn't swallow toothpaste with fluoride. If he does be sure he drinks a lot of milk as soon as it happens. The calcium in the milk will bond to the fluoride and keep him safe.
