No: No it will not delay the start of the next menses unless you are peri menopausal. Those individuals sometimes skip periods or menstruate sporadically due to the decrease in ovulation frequency and diminishing hormones. If you are consistently bleeding 14 days or more every cycle, you need to see a GYN MD to find out why.
