Shouldn't matter: Surgery and anesthesia aren't usually timed with regard to when menstrual periods may come on, as it doesn't really make a difference. If you are having very heavy bleeding or cramps, you might be uncomfortable, but otherwise the procedure can be scheduled whenever convenient for you and your urologist.
