What do you suggest if my face is drying up really badly!!! help?

Moisture: Avoid anything that is drying or irritating, even soap is not necessary. Never dry your face, apply moisturizer after washing with either just warm water and a cloth or something like Cetaphil cleanser. Least irritating lotion is also Cetaphil. Walmart makes an equivalent product that is much cheaper and will be side by side on shelf.

Moisturizer: There are dozens easily available at pharmacies and supermarkets. Best used after in water but can also be applied to dry skin.
