What do you suggest if my lymphocyte is 60 an it's soppose to be below 40. what does this mean?

Percentage?: Just ignore the percentage counts reported for your white cells. They fluctuate wildly. If the absolute counts are anywhere near reference range, and all the forms of the cells are normal, don't give it a second thought.
